Re: tf dash in ad truck
I think it is after market, in another thread on steering wheels there was a link. The spoke trim and fat ring look like one on the site.

Re: tf dash in ad truck
Original taskforce Dash panel with an aftermarket billet insert and lots of other custom features. That looks good in there.
Years ago a friend of mine in Waco put a 55 Chev car dash in his 48 that he also sat on a 55 Chev car frame. He had cut the body shell off a 55 Four door for Heart O Texas speedway dirt track racer to use on his dirt track car and got to keep the left overs that he in turned used on his 48 3/4 ton to turn it into a very low very short box truck.

Re: tf dash in ad truck
If I get an AD, it gets a TF dash, for sure.
Looks great! |

Re: tf dash in ad truck
I like the TF dash but think the center panel is too busy - too many switches. I'd love to have a Belair dash with the symmetrical humps and the center located glove box. I just haven't found one cheap enough and then if I do? I wonder if I'll have the stones to try doing it myself!
