Intro and first post!

Hey everyone, I've been looking on this forum for about a year now and finally decided to come out from the shadows! My project is a 64 C10, swb, 327 and pg tranny. Its running and driving now, but I'm building it for my daughter so changes are coming! Anyway, really enjoy the build threads on here and have already gotten some great ideas and tips for my project. Look forward to being a part of this awesome bunch of folks!

We like pics, so don't be shy about sharing. What are your plans or should I ask your daughter's plans for the truck?

Plans are the usual, get power discs and steering, late model engine and trans. I have some nice leather power seats from a Tahoe with the seatbelt made into them that will probably be put in. Since I'm building it for my daughter, safety is foremost! Looking to swap the front crossmember for a later model for the brakes and steering. My son wrecked his 99 Silverado so there's my engine swap! Gonna try to salvage as much as I can from it for this project. I started another thread asking what i can use from it.

Thanks for the welcome from everybody!

Welcome, & definitely post pics when you get a chance! Sounds like you have a great plan for the truck. Definitely cool that it will belong to your daughter. Good luck with everything, & have fun!

Welcome to the forum (and the obsession, muahahahaha!)

I have kinfolk over there and visiting them is always neat just to hear the alabama accent. It's one of my all time favorites. Lets see some pics of that truck!
