10 pc hood bumper kit

Does anyone have pictures of location for all the parts for the hood bumper kit. I Have a pretty good idea were everything goes just not sure were the thick flat rubber with lip goes.

under the front corners of the hood. should be 2 mounting holes there. just before the front bend of the hood

Thanks that what I though the kit didn't come with mounting hardware so I wasn't sure. You think the kit would come with it. Got my own at the depot. Thanks again I am sure this won't be my last question.

You might find the catalog from LMC Truck handy for stuff like this. Nice blown up, simple pics of where stuff goes.

Nah, just a black frame around the several piece kit with no indication of where they all go. For all I know it could be a 60-62 only application. Mine is a '64

The flat ones go on the sides next to the hinges use the 4 rivets that come with the kit i think.

Flat round ones go in the hole on the sides of the undersides of hood I thinks again.

no flat round ones, only back riveted and rectangular with lip front

Here is a typical hood rubber mount kit. Can't determine where the two round ones go. Of course the ones that take the rivets are completely useless since the rubber is not thick enough for the rivet to sink into the rubber far enough to keep from rubbing against the cowl. I purchased a muffler hanger kit and made my own with a utility knife and a Dremel tool.
