Floor Panel Questions
I am starting to repair the driver's side floor on my 66 C10 and I have a strange question before I start wacking away at it.
Near the accelerator pedal are two threaded rods with ball ends shown in the pictures circled in RED. Can anyone tell me what they go to? Can I cut them flush with the nut and just patch over them? Also there are several protruding posts come up from the floor in various places like the one shown circled in GREEN. Again what are they for and can they be removed?

Re: Floor Panel Questions
you can buy those ball studs new and they clip into the bottom of a stock gas pedal.

Re: Floor Panel Questions
So it sounds like I can cut them off with no issues

Re: Floor Panel Questions
Looks like you could just knock them out with the rust.
