Re: fuel plumbing ?????
its a quick-disconnect fitting iirc, so you need to the GM style quick connect to AN adapter fitting which they sell at jegs and summit. There were 2 styles, the revised part uses a screw-on retainer which is superior.
If your running FI rubber, then they make a quick connect to hose barb adapter, I have a bunch of em if you can't find one.

Re: fuel plumbing ?????
PLEASE DO NOT POST THE OLD STYLE RUSSELL FUEL RAIL FITTINGS!!!!!
They have been proven to seperate and pop off, causing fuel to dump into the engine bay. My 5/16 return line popped off pumping fuel onto the hot headers. We caught it in time, but others have lost vehicles to engine fire. THEY CORRECT NUMBERS ARE 644110 and 644120 Anyone with diagrams or parts lists should really try to amend them or make a note of the issue, and I would hesitate to post them for sale without a fair warning as to the issue. I don't want to be responsible for someones project to go up in flames.

Re: fuel plumbing ?????
agreed ^^^^
they need to discontinue the old style if they haven't already. not the best design with plastic retainers and requires additional securing to be safe.

Re: fuel plumbing ?????
ooops my bad...I stole it off ls1tech so....I'm pretty sure they will discontinue them, although I had one on mine that never came off, but I was always worried about it......so I got the screw on type.

Re: fuel plumbing ?????
Not every single one failed, but it happens more than NEVER, which is too much.
This is also specific to Russell (and their partner companies). Aeroquip makes a similar fitting which hasn't had the same failure issue, but costs more than twice the price. OLD NEW

Re: fuel plumbing ?????
mine are tie wrapped....but will be replaced when I add jiffy-tite fittings on everything that flows liquid. wish I had just built it that way to start.
