Need help making bracket for rack & pinion!!!!

Anybody out there ever made a bracket so you can put a mustang rack & pinion on a 1966 chevy c10 ? I have the stock cross member on . I don't want to pay $800-1200 for a fancy bolt on bracket . I want to make it myself if possible .any pics would greatly be appreciated !!!!somebody out there in chevy land has to think the same way I do . Why doesn't anybody sell just a bracket ? Its crazy .

a company has to recoup theit R&D money when they sell the kit,take a look at my thread. I put a mustangII on mine,I dont have a lot of money in it but I did have to do some Fab work.
