Re: slow rear window ?
Usually its due to voltage lost in a corroded connection or worn/corroded switch. Lube will help but probably won't cure it.

could also be your motor is going bad. Mine would be really slow to go up and then I replaced it..

Re: slow rear window ?
I'd clean all connections and the tracks, first, before replacing a motor. Also, the lining on the track rots away so it doesn't slide well. These aren't cheap, but will make a big difference. They usually bind up once it's up to the curve...about 3/4s up.

Re: slow rear window ?
I would use at least a 10 guage wire to run that far. The wire on mine is at least that or it could be an 8.

Re: slow rear window ?
Clean the tracks and check the rollers, they prob got dirty and started sliding instead of rolling and are now ground down and look more like a D instead of a O. That's how mines are at least.
