Removing 235 --any tips?

Will be removing my 235 in the next few days, and wanted to get some tips/opinions/feedback on pulling motor.

Also, which bolt holes are folks using to attach chain/hoist? I'm looking at the one side where the intake bolts to the head, and using those bolt holes...is there a better alternative?

Thanks much!
Ralf

There is a ton of info out there on this.
Use a leveling bar, and DON'T use any outside head or manifold bolt holes. Pick a hole away from the edges, these things are heavy(600+ lbs.), you don't want to rip a corner out.

Thanks, Hogger54. I suppose I should clarify my question:

Have whole front clip removed, everything disconnected going to motor from rest of truck...just need input on where to attach the chain to lift

Thanks for the tip on not using a corner/outside hole. Glad I asked, because that's what I had planned to do. Thank you for this advice.

That's exactly how I both installed and uninstalled the 235 I had in my '59, worked like a charm. I bought my eyelet bolts at Ace, and a leveler at Harbor Freight.
