1959 Gmc Deluxe Heater
My truck has the blower down there under the dash, but not the Deluxe Blower??..has the vent ducts but no controls just a little Knob that turns can anyone explain what this is??.
I'm hoping someone didn't take it out if it did have it in there, but if it did have it in there, it would of had the Deluxe controls, but it didnt I need someone to just clarify it

Re: 1959 Gmc Deluxe Heater
On my '59 Chevy Apache 32, the chrome knob on the dash turns from low to high which turns on the blower motor. There is no temperature setting. There is a lever on the blower under the dash which switches from heat to defrost by basically rerouting the air. Very simple system which seems to do the trick.
You may have something similar as mine is certainly stock and by no means "deluxe". |
