Imo, if you bubble wrapped the console, sat it on one seat, turned the other seat upside down as mentioned above, it seems it would be as well protected if not better than packaging it alone. I am not sure if that is possible though due to the size of the console (?) let me know on shipping. I can pick up at the greyhound stationin Austin. I have also used Central Freight.

I'll try and play around with them tomorrow to see what will work for a box or boxes. That way Monday I can call around and get pricing !

I'm going to need a few days to get back to you on this. An old hunting buddy of mine was diagnosed with cancer, and decided life was no longer worth it, and took his own life !

I apologize for not getting back to you. Between. Having to ship them so far then buying new covers and pickup brackets for the pass side it was just cost probibitive.

Shipping the big items is so costly it often kills the deal. Unless it's something you just gotta have, then you bite the bullet. I know I have a few times.
