panel adhesive works well on non structural items

i got her back together... today
I was having steering issues due to a frozen rt front U joint..

i will be replacing the Dumbo ear mirrors with the original white below eye line units on the original doors

i have a choice of dash pads to use..I have a black one a brownish tan one and a blue one.. Im leaning toward the black... the interior is listed as "ivory" and the seats where white with grey center section anyone have an idea what color it may have came with?

yes I am putting it back to the original code 514 red. white wheels bumpers etc.. as it is base model

Well with Dan(glimmertwin01) passing I was lucky enough to receive this "bomber".
I hauled it to a buddies. Its a tank like Dan said and a great old burb..... he did a good job of making it a solid truck again

Still has a ft pass axle issue and brake line issue. I plan on fixing these as time and money allows.

This is my first ever suburban, so im excited and that its a 1973 k20!

Yea it does. He was a smart dude and loved the old Chevy's.
I think he would be happy that I got it and it didn't go to the scraper or someone that wouldn't appreciate it.

Does anybody have a picture of the spare tire well/tub for this? I've never seen one and it's gone. It bolts in the rear floor on the driver's side behind the rear wheel. Thanks in advance.

Dan passed away from a heart attack.Without getting into the details he passed away doing what he loved, working on chevy/gmc trucks.

Does anyone know id these doors will fit the 73?

They're listed as 84-91. Unfortunately the doors and burb are an hour apart.

Before I sell them I would like to make sure that I cant use them......
