Mines pretty close. Mine has all the trim covered in a red cloth including the dash and has superman emblems in the doors and superman emblems in the headliner going into flames. Its completely horrid. Also its falling apart cause it sat in the sun for a few years. My seats are tan and falling apart as well. So its a complete redo. Ill post pics as soon as I get a chance to take some when its light out.

Mine isn't quite that bad, but just original and really aged, for now.

Yep everything was covered. Not a big deal I can have it all recovered in something better but Im having trouble deciding on what color scheme I want. Thinking of leaving the red carpet since its in decent shape with a little cleaning and doing everything else in black with red stitching maybe some red/black houndstooth centers in some bucket seats in the front.. Hoping for some ideas so if anyone wants to share please do!!

Re: Crew Cab Interior Pics

I want to convert my C20 lwb to a Crew with a short short short bed. If I get the chance I would like to use 4 high back buckets like I saw at a car show one time.

i dont remember exactly, it's been awhile, but you dont have that gumby feeling with your knees in the air. it's actually a very comfortable, natural height/stance when you sit on them

I havent tried. I figure its all glued on and with all the time in getting the glue off and painting them I might as well just have them recovered and save the hassle. Unless yall know of an easy way to get fabric glue off. I though about changing over to a Tan/Black interior to match the 00 silverado seats and console I have in the attic but I cant make up my mind. LOL

Re: Crew Cab Interior Pics

they are too tall imo. steering wheel would have to be tilted all the way up. they also arent as wide as the old trucks so you have some gap between door and seat.

Try a small piece that isn't directly visible (or a spare piece) & use Acetone (nail polish remover). It should dissolve contact cement after some soaking. Not sure how the plastics will react which is why I'd test it on an extra 1st.

Im going to set my seats in the front of the truck and see how they sit. these look like they bolt right to the floor. With some bracing underneath this would be pretty easy if that's the case.
