Re: 250/700r4 combo?
Ok since mine already has a v8 in it is switching to a 250/700r4 going to be a complicated pain in butt or a simple swap. or should i just find a smaller v8 and put it in if rhat would be sier.

Just need to fabricate engine mounts or get some used ones.

Re: 250/700r4 combo?
I have got to ask a question, why? I personally would keep the 350 and put the 700 in. Is the 350 bad? What gear does your diff have? Ok that's 3 questions. I have a 350/700 combo and probably wouldn't trade it for anything except 5 speed.

ps We use 460 ft/lbs as a general guide for acceptable performance because we know it works in my 350 TBI, 700r4, 3:73, 30"diameter rear tires.. |
