Cool truck but I can't help with the numbers. My grandfather had a 64 gmc short fleet side. It is what got me hooked on driving a truck. I have a 70 Gmc

I have a 66 GMC w/o that custom trim package. I love that bullet trim down the side.
Cool truck. Are you near Nashville? Boucher'

Re: 1966 GMC short/fleet bed
My guess is that GMC wasnt near as popular as Chevrolet was back then. I remember an old friend of mine used to say that GMC was the Cadillac of trucks back in the 30's and up, IDK about that but they used to get all the "experimental" upgrades that GM tried out and all the after thoughts too, ie BOP motors and such.

Not yours Kiet, sorry. I meant the OP's truck, I thought I saw it in the DFW craigslist.
