finding A 1966 k20
I am going to start to looking for a 1966 k20. Can you guys tell me how you went about finding yours. Besides Craig's list, are there any other places that you guys search, other search engines or other places that are like Craig's list. Thanks Evan

eBay, but you are going to empty your bank accounts. Search Tempest which searches all of craigslist in the US. Good luck on your search finding a K20. These are hard to find, a K10 is much easier to find.

Re: finding A 1966 k20
The 3/4 and 1 tons are basically the same, except the duallies. A dually rear end can easily be changed to a SWD, making your 3/4 ton. 2WD are much more common and also can be made into a 4WD. Just looking at the options.
Look in farm country. Parked out back or in a field. Often just ask and you might find one that until then wasn't for sale. Dave. |

Re: finding A 1966 k20
3/4t are 127 wb and 1t ate 133 or157"wb. 1ton have a heavier frame and do not come in the std 4 x 4 . they were a Napco order. 3/4 t 4 x 4 frames are heavier than 2 wheel drive, so there is a little difference
