Question about bent control arm on 66

I could use a little advise. While changing the upper ball joint on the passenger side of my truck, I noticed that the front lip of my lower control arm was bent back slightly. If you look at the picture, I have pointed out a gap between the front hole in the control arm and the shaft nut. This strikes me as bad news and that I need a replacement control arm. Is this as bad as I think? Can the control arm be bent back, or is this now scrap metal?

I also noticed that my upper ball joint shaft was bent about 20 degrees. But I think this was the result of a different impact from the one that been my lower control arm. Fortuneately, I don't see any issues with the upper control arm.

Thanks for any advice about this.
