Off to paint.

Say goodbye to Mr Ugly, he's being taken off for a well deserved sanding and new paint. Kinda like the caterpillar and butterfly. Ugly caterpillar turning into a beautiful butterfly.

Re: Off to paint.

How about an update. It has to be done by now, or at least close. I'm curious because mine will be going to paint soon and I was wondering what kind of a job maaco did.

Re: Off to paint.

It sat there for 2 months waiting it's turn. They finally started last week.

I've seen several older vehicles they've done, they do good work.

Re: Off to paint.

Went by the shop this morning, they had uncovered a fair amount of rust in the left rear panel around the tire. So happens I already had that piece from LMC. They're going to replace the rot with that piece.

They said they should have body work done by the end of July. We'll see...
