Smile Another Nice Low Mile Truck (8000 miles) or?

Here is another good looking example of a (possible) low mile truck.
Basic truck generally speaking....but still really nice to see them in this condition whether the mileage is accurate or not.
I'm not sure why they would over to a V-8 from a 6 cyl. so early in a trucks life......but a nice example either way.

That's a super nice truck.
Where's the lettering for the hood? Did some 67-68's not have them?

The date stamp in the wood is neat...why is the inside of the glove box silver? Should be body color right

Yeah, very pretty truck, looks like a stock color, but the lack of letting on the hood is a little mysterious -

In 67 the glove box doors were silver inside. If you look the stamping around the spid is a little different than 68 72 as well.

It is a very nice" looking " truck and was for sale on Ebay in the last 90 days or so. I do believe the closing bid was about 15k but if its back on Ebay then I guess the the buyer didn't come up with the money or came to check it out before handing over the cash and walked, but I guess we'll never know, will we ????

Actually high bid was $10,800.00 . It sold and I received a $500.00 non refundable deposit next day. Do to our winter in Wi and his ice storms in Kentucky he never came and picked it up, he never saw the truck in person. He still wants it ? But has a new excuse every week. I need it gone ! Im currently at 30 + trucks and out of inside storage. My interest is mainly 60-66 so this one can go. It is what it is, pretty much exactly the way I bought it from the estate. No one could answer any of my questions when I bought it.

It is a pretty truck - no Chevrolet emblem on the glove box either. I have never seen one like that.

You just got to love the old vinyl covers on a vinyl seat.

Seems a little redundant. Nice truck.

Notice how these pickups with power brakes came with clutch- and brake-pedals non-parallel. Gives some of us a new parameter to aim for!

Have you ever seen NOS parts ? They are all black before they are painted. My gold 66 4x4 in my avatar, 100% original paint 22,000 mile truck is fading to the black paint on the bed and spots on the front fenders. Normally I only see red primer on cabs and doors but not always.

Thanks Jimer, the 67 is a treat to drive. Shifts like brand new, very tight truck.
