OK got an older gentleman at work that's close to retiring and want to sell his 70 swb.
Told him I would put it on here and see what its worth. It does have a lot of the older generation details. 1970 swb repaint 15 years ago ,paint still looks really good, new tires and wheels with less than 500 miles, newer 350 motor and 350 tranny , 308 rear end for hwy and. Interior is very nice 72 door panels and headliner seats reupholstered. All in all truck is very nice , My opinion all it needs is deaccesorized . pics are what he sent me I can prolly get better pics. Feel free to give opinions.

Perfect project starter truck.
May need to spend some time detailing and "de-accessorizing" that solid starter. They are going for around $9K with good paint around here. May seem high but with research and comps from CL. You'd be hard to find another for less with the same level of completion. You have to get past the awesome blue dated accents. Good luck to your friend. Just my observation/opinion.
I'm wondering about the 72 panels on 68-71 doors though. Had to change door and window regulators to use them and then not to use the Trim from the panels. He obviously would have liked the bling, unless I'm not seeing them and they are painted?

i agree with cash3481 at $9K - $10K. i like that the owner didn't get too crazy with the mods (only the colors). consider that you might sell stuff that doesnt fit your style to help fund what does (unless you have unlimited funds). remember #1 tip of buying: let the buyer give you the first number!
and if your richard of gas monkey, cut that number in half and work up.
