Better sound deadener for cab: Spray in bed liner or Peel and seal?

Was thinking about doing so cheap sound deadener in the cab and wanted to know what everyone thought between the spray in bead liner or the peel and seal you can get at Lowe's?

Peel and seal from Lowe's impressed me. I did mine and didn't even put padding back in for the carpet. Drove it around town and was quiet as a new truck... Well almost.... But i recommend everyone use the Peel and Seal...... They have a cheaper brand, probably did the same thing, but the PEEL AND SEAL even says for use on trucks

I'm still putting my truck together but the first thing I did after all the floor patching and welding was spray top and bottom of my floor with bed liner and spray up the back on the inside almost to the back window

I plan on using the peel and seal as well, and topping it with fresh jute padding from the hardware store as well. My jute was wet and nasty from years of leaky old weatherstrips.

If you lay down peel and seal, then lay down a layer of water heater wrap (looks kind of like aluminum bubble wrap) you won't have to put jute back in and worry about it getting wet and mouldy.

I used Al's liner HNR (Heat and Noise Reducer). It was recommended to me by a friend and it works really good. A gallon is about $45 on Amazon. What you see in the pictures (tan color) of my cab is two coats than I rolled on with a 3" roller. I used about 15% of the gallon to lay down the two coats.

I used quick roof that I bought from Rona. But before I put it down I plasti-dipped the areas I was going to lay it. I did a test to make sure it would come up easily and it came up without a problem, figured I would do it that way incase I wanted to tear up the quick roof.
