Ive been on this board a long while, and the rules are... it go's to he who says I'll take it, not the guy who says Ill take it, if you lower the price.

Don't get me wrong, I can understand you asking for a lower price, I have and will do it myself.
But when I do it I know I'm taking a chance that someone else may come in and pay the asking price and get the item.

Sorry and hope there are no hard feelings timmoser.

You had a contingency with your offer. It is not an auction. The seller can sell however he chooses.

He did respond. You can't expect people to be here 24/7 and respond instantly. When you offer less than the seller is asking you run the risk of somebody else purchasing the part. If it is a part you truly need I wouldn't haggle, I would just buy it.
