Stock fuel lines

I have a 72 Blazer that has stock hard lines going from the engine to just before the stock tank. I believe it's 3/8" line. Couldn't I just reuse the stock line and then use braided line from the stock hard line to the regulator/tank and engine?

This is for a returnless LQ4 swap.

I ran new 3/8" aluminum hardline for the 6.2, but my setup required it to be on the drivers side.

I ran flex from tank to frame and frame to fuel rail. So far, so good, I don't think I have starvation issues.

Yea, I used all braided -6 lines but I've seen guys use the stock line to high pressure rubber lines with fuel injection hose clamps

Many Aluminum hard lines are only rated to about 25psi, so be careful. They can crush under compression fittings, or risk a burst failure, especially if its the kind that has a seam in it. Don't want any engine fires.

The P.o of my truck used it for the carb'd 355 since it was easy to bend by hand, but had to be replaced when I went lsx.

If its the o.e. steel line, then yes, it should be a 3/8" feed, which is just fine for your fuel system...and it adapts nicely to -6 for hoses etc.

ok mine has two fuel lines which line do I use for suction because my fuel pump only has one inlet and one outlet????
