Re: Need opinion on wheel color.
Considering the red in the future scallops, I vote for the red rims with the chrome and wide whites...

Re: Need opinion on wheel color.
So I did a test color shot with a spare wheel, in red, caps and rings. I think with some wide whites, this is going to rock!

Re: Need opinion on wheel color.
The red will look best IMO.. Have you thought about going with some old school bias ply black walls with the pie crust look- like Firestones? That would just really give it an authentic old school look for sure. And different than everyone else's white walls.

Re: Need opinion on wheel color.
I do like the pie crust look but no bias ply's for me. I travel too much on grooved freeways and they just wander way too much. Sold a set to a buddy cheap and he got rid of them not long after, as the same issue I had.

Re: Need opinion on wheel color.
I think the blue would look the best. But I also think red wheels and flat balck are over done.

Re: Need opinion on wheel color.
I have never been a fan of 3 colors unless one of the colors is chrome!
red white and blue is patriotic tho. I love the blue with the wide white walls or with out. The rallys with the trim rings and chrome centers look great on your truck IMO. I may go the same direction on my truck or the chrome cragar ss old school mags. Just a foot note, I think the slotted mags you have now look dope, hove you considered having them professionally polished out to look new? |
