1970 4.5/6 static

Alright not sure if I'm in the right spot but I could use some help. I've done the 4.5/6 inch static on my long bed. I'm running 22" wheels on it and the fronts are hitting the wheel wells on the outside when I go over bumps. What are my options other than changing wheels? Thanks

Take the wheel wells out. Run slosh tubs. Section your control arms.
