what would be the best way to up grade my 66 3/4 to a powersteering and disk brake setup ?

The best way is to read up in the FAQ's.
These have got to be the most frequently asked questions.
Some prefer to buy just individual parts. Some prefer kits. Some prefer using parts of other year trucks.
Your question has such well documented information provided in the FAQ's, I'm guessing you haven't browsed them yet.
Please don't take my post rude, it's just that it makes no sense for me to type everything out you need to know when it's all already there in the FAQ's.
Read up, and feel free to ask questions for clarification. Lots of helpful members here.
