ac brackets
Has anyone ever seen these ac brackets before? They are on a 1969 Chevy truck with like 89,000 original miles on it

Re: ac brackets
Yes. They were used on a lot of trucks before 70.

Re: ac brackets
Yup. Original on my 69 3/4 ton with a 350, and a PIA to work on and remove the right valve cover. I think the 69 service manual shows them only with the 350 and the more common type with the 307. Also, the A/C hoses are probably clamped with special worm gear clamps rather than crimped.

Re: ac brackets
Thanks for the replies. I have been messing around with these trucks sense 1983 and don't recall ever seeing those brackets! Mostly had 70-72 trucks is probably why
