Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part III
Have a little ways left to go on this one, 72 Super, bought from original owner in 1993. Been saving her w/indoor storage since then and really just got around to working on her about 5 months ago. The black paint and the white top are from the factory. The white bedsides were repainted at some point (and need it again).

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part III
Maybe so but at least they are original to the truck and not added as so many are.

ya... "killer" hood ornament.
My favorite truck is a 67-72 Chevy 4x4. Owned and sold 2 4wd's and looking again for one to finally keep. |

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part III
This is my daily driver. Still have a lot of detail work to do but keep getting side tracked fixing things that break... fuel lines, brake lights, dash lights, carburetor, wipers, alternator, etc. etc. Good thing we have this forum for information.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part III
Here's my awesome barn find 1968 Chevy C-10. I paid $3K for this running/driving factory ordered 396 cu in truck with PS/PB, factory air, auto transmission & a 12 bolt rearend. I know it's a long bed but I dont mind it. It was cheap, running & with no rust. And it has a factory ordered big block & yes it's documented on the SPID inside the glovebox lid. I recently finished redoing the whole interior this past summer & repainted the wheels & new center caps & new tires all the way around.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part III
I recently picked up this 1972 C10.
It runs, but the heater and A/C aren't hooked up. I've also got some work ahead of me in sprucing up the interior. |

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part III
Went to South Dakota on Halloween and drove this one home 875 miles on November 1st/2014. Pretty original rust free 1972 C10 Highlander with small block and factory A/C that works. She is in storage now and there will be some subtle changes this coming summmer.
