Tilt column for 308

Has anybody had any expirience with the new auto tilt column from CPP? They have a brand new complete reproduction for 308 on ebay which is about half of what the competitors have it for.

Re: Tilt column for 308

Seems like a good deal. I have cpp control arms on my Chevelle and am happy with them. I think they make quality items. Check summit racing they are hands down the best for returns I have dealt with. If it's not up to par you won't be out a dime.

You get what you pay for. There are some guys on this board that do a phenomenal job restoring factory tilt columns.

Here are some CPP tilt threads:

. . . .

Very true . . . " you get what you pay for " !!!

The " cheap " one I bought from Brothers is very loose and doesn't "feel" like an original at all !!!

The turn signal is too tight and doesn't have the correct feel either !!!

Another wasted $325 . . . lesson learned.

Get a rebuilt original, like I'm going to have to do !!!
