What is it??
Hello all, I'm trying to figure out the code for my engine. It's a 230 I think but the suffix code is confusing me. The cast number is 3921968 but the code is F0610PP. From what I've seen it should be a 283 V8?

Re: What is it??
The truck is a 63 so I don't know if the motor is original and it's an I6

Re: What is it??
It's not F0, it's FO. Look at the difference between the second and fifth characters.

Re: What is it??
Yeah that's a 230, I had one with the same casting ID, if you really want to make sure, pull the valve cover off and check the Cylinder head ID, should be somewhere in between the rocker arms
