1964 c10/c30

I have an opportunity to look at a 1964 C30 strictly for parts. I am no where near 100% on what is still available on it. If it still has the dually axle on it, what is all needed/modifications including hardware to bolt it up to my 1964 C10 short box?

Next question, specifically to this C30 are there any parts that I should definitely be looking at for rarity or of any value in y'alls opinion?

Thanks in advance,

Mike

why would you want to put a dual rear end on your short bed half ton truck? Other than being different I mean.

Well...I'm sure there wouldn't be to many mods..other then changing drive shafts...and switching to leaf springs...sure would be neat.

I wonder if i could set it up to use coil springs and what not. Would just need to cut off old brackets and weld them to the dually axel

either that, or source the spring packs, and brackets from the 1 ton, there is also a frame cross brace between the spring hangers.
