33gal aluminum tank on CL, questions
Someone put this up on my local CL:
Quote:
It looks like an odd shape to me, but I would like a larger tank and aluminum is nice. I'm trying to figure out where the filler neck would go... thoughts on whether I could get this to fit?

I would guess that it would be in the wheel well.

Re: 33gal aluminum tank on CL, questions
The tank is 62.5” long. The section with the filler is 11” hi and the section that steps down is 9” hi. Other than that, you need to see it. It was mounted to my ’76 chev K10 long bed that I converted to Propane. If your ’73 C20 is a long bed, it will fit perfect. The fuel is filled in front of the rear wheel, like a saddle tank.
I don't see how that would work, but it's not horribly far so I'll have to go take a look at it.
