ive searched and searched on this cant seem to find answer, im sure someones running 16x 8 smoothie?

I have that same backspace and width wheel on my 66 and it is a wide for the front with the drop I have and the wider 73 to 87 disc brakes. Went to a 235 65 tire to keep it off the fender. So drop and tire size along with the wheel will all need to be looked at. Mine would be better with a 7" wide front wheel.
