It bolts to the radiator core support. Should be two of them -- one on either side of the radiator. There's a strip of rubber attached to each piece that fits up against the side of the radiator to prevent rubbing. Hope that helps!

Thanks, thought I looked everywhere. They were given to me along with front fenders and some other stuff after a fellow cleaned up his garage. The fenders came in real handy because most of mine were left behind enriching the iron content of a cow pasture.
