Re: ls1 swap which speedo / tachometer ??
Pretty much any aftermarket gauges will work. I have been happy with my Autometers.

Re: ls1 swap which speedo / tachometer ??
so far i could check the internet , the signal of the camaro pcm is a
4000 pulse per mile square wave DC signal so i would say it should fit here is a link of the parts on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/271492222924...witem=&vxp=mtr cu achim |

Re: ls1 swap which speedo / tachometer ??
I am installing gauges now..... I will say this. I would not use Speedhut. They are a PIA to get in and work with the LS and they are to much $$$ to have this many issues.
In any case you will need Auto Meter part#'s 2277 and 2268 for adapters for oil and water |

If you get a speedo that uses GPS they work with anything....simply needs 12v switched power. No hook up required to the PCM

Re: ls1 swap which speedo / tachometer ??
I used Dakota Digital gauges in my 56 Chevy with an LS swap. Very happy with the instructions, installation and performance. Planning to use them in my Suburban.

Re: ls1 swap which speedo / tachometer ??
ACII, if you want to use the pcm signal post your question to "critter". That's his avatar name, he's terry from lone star dyno. I changed from a 5,000 rpm tach to an 8,000 tach when i did a ls1 nova gauge cluster mod and the 5,000 rpm tach was spastic when i put in the ls. Terry was great to work with and his attention to detail is right on the money. The stock pcm tach signal can be scaled up to a higher voltage level if i remember correctly, but get with terry.
