Kickdown problems
Ok I got the lokar kickdown installed but the bead is past the plastic piece on the front. If I adjust it towards the end of the plastic piece the kickdown will open to soon. I think I am missing something here. Any ideas?
Thanks |

kickdown
You need to make the cable longer so it will not move as soon--should be able to adjust it to kick down at any throttle position. Do you have any more adjustment here (see photo)

Skokie, I have the same Lokar TH400 kickdown as you do. Jhow is right, adjust the cable looser (longer) where he has circled.
