Which leaves do I take out?

trying to lower my 1948 3100 Chevy pickup. On the rear, which leaves do y'all recommend to remove? i'm looking to gain a couple inches lower.

not sure how much you can lower a truck just by removing leaves.
i did remove the 2 short springs on my 58 to soften the ride

isn't the axle above the springs on a 48 3100?
if so use lowering blocks

you may need to c-notch the frame at the same time
