Upper Tailgate Mounting

Hello All,
I'm looking for some info on what you guys us to replace the threaded area on the upper tailgate brackets? On my upper tailgate, I'm missing the threaded area on the Suburban that the bracket mounts to. I'm looking for advice as what to use to replace this part. As always, thanks in advance for any info that you guys can offer up.

i think its just a captured thread plate, like what you thread the striker plate into as well as the door hinge, it think!!!
