Whose PRIMO Patina'd '55.2 Today on 110 Fwy in SoCal?

This is a lousy picture I know but I was driving (slowly) in bumper to bumper traffic. Northbound 110 (Pasadena) Freeway right in the middle of downtown L.A.

This truck has true factory dark green paint, light but obviously original patina and someone put repop '55-'56 chrome hubcaps you can't see in this photo and repop bumpers and grill like mine. Still running a straight axle and from the sound of it a sweet running 235. Younger (than me) Hispanic guy cruising alone. Kept up with traffic just fine once it started moving.

bumper, available as a chinese re-pop at any of the usual vendors. You'll need the brackets too. Prices are way down on the bumpers compared to what they used to be.

Yup, I have one on mine and it's actually held up really well for about 3 years so far. I had a boat anchor on the back of my truck when I bought it and couldn't stand how ugly it was. Now it's much better.

Here's my fugly rear bumper when I bought the truck. No, that's not me it's the seller.

Here's the Chinese repop. Fit fine and the chrome; unbelievably, looks as good as new three years later:

I was 'hoping' to find an original, even if it needs replating. I live right on the coast and I see repop chrome peeling every day. I have some repop AD bumpers and they are so lightly made compared to originals, no comparison.
