Full disassembly when sandblasting?

I mean how far should you go? Keep entire cab and quarter panels intact and blast or take every nut and bolt apart and blast then put back together? If so, can you put it back together again? I've attached several pictures of current rust removal and rust to be removed and patched.

I want a fairly rust free frame and body to perform body work and then paint a thick arse coat of paint to help cover some of my lack of perfection or lack of experience Do not need professional paint job.

Mechanically I want it solid.
383 stroker 450hp from local engine shop.

I have taken my truck all apart and sand blasted every piece, It is a lot of work. I am going into this to make a very nice daily driver.

Was it a Blazer?

Did you blast then repair assuming you needed to do panel repair and replacements like rockers etc..?

How hard was it to get everything lined back up. Did you use a rotisserie.

Actually after re-reading your post it looks like your currently disassembling your truck correct?

I think it comes down to how much time you want to spend. If you have only weekends and it's just you be prepared for a lot of weekends dedicated to working on it. It's the best way to do it but you might not be driving it for a couple of years.
