Anybody have a photo of diagram showing set up from auto trans (PG) to hook up at 250 cu carb? Thanks for any help!!

This is the photo i used to try and find the parts. After more then a year and contacting many companies, Craig's list, e bay etc, I was unable to locate the lever that attaches to the intake manifold. However I came up with another way of connecting the kickdown using a combination of stock and after market parts. I'll post these when I'm home later
