New to this have a few questions

First off want led to introduce myself and say Hi. I'm looking at picking up a 48 Chevy truck, I want to air ride the truck but don't know what type of front suspension is under it. So wanted to find out more before buying it? If it's a strait axle with leafs what options are there to accommodate air bags. Thanks

Welcome to the group.

If it's original, the suspension is likely straight axle & would benefit getting converted to an independent front suspension based set-up. TCI, Heidts, FatMan Fabrications, No Limit Engineering are several choices for an updated set-up & all prob have air ride as an option.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Thank you, I'm trying to make a decision on that truck and the cost of bagging it is my concern. I had my mind set on a 63 C10 swb fleet but just can't land the right deal.
