Personally other than adjusting that front drivers side fender and patching any leaking holes (if any) into the cab I would not even buff it. I would drive the wheels off that thing.
I have my eye out for something similar here in Phoenix "before someone paints it in primer". That truck rocks.

All I've done is wash it so far. Put fuel stabilizer in and filled it up, and now parked in garage for the winter. Going to get the hood and grille repaired or replaced.
