Hardware is sold, bed mounted holder only,, NO hardware.... This was removed from the 69 C10 we brought in last month. It did lose a lower mounting ear during a too rough disassembly, my fault, but i have the broken part as well as the hold down hardware. $27.00 SOLD,,,, THANKS....shipped. Thanks, Fred.

Hey Jake. I would but I think the hardware is worth as much or more than the spare tire holder. Tell you what, you have always been good to deal with so i would do $28.00 shipped for the two hardware pieces if that would interest you. Thanks, Fred.

Fred, got the bracket repaired, sandblasted, painted, and got it installed last night. It looks better than the rest of the truck. Thanks, Dave
