This might help, says 82.4" would measure mine but misplace the measure tape.

Tape showed up. At the upper horizontal accent line; 80" from cab end to vertical seam between bed side and taillight metal. 81 7/8" from cab end to face or taillight metal above tail light (NOT round taillight extension).
