1975 C20 big block valve cover plug wire looms

Working on a '75 C20 C/S. 454 BBC and I could use some guidance?

Have the factory original valve covers. They have a total of seven small sheet metal brackets that are welded to the outside edges on them for spark plug wire holders. Three on one V/C, four on the other. Originally, I think that these were push-on plastic (2-wire) wire holders that simply pushed onto these small brackets. I can find the straight version 2-wire (camaro/chevelle) plastic wire holders all day long, but am having difficulty finding the 90 degree version of the same. All seven of mine are the 90 degree version, all seven are broken.

Does anyone know a source for these??? BTW I did check with LMC. No luck there unless I have a good part number.
