Tailgate handle relocation

Ran across a kit, while looking for some other stuff, to relocate the tailgate handle inside. Seems to make more sense when you have the top on.

Anyone used one? How do they look inside? Are these similar to the bronco ones that lay almost flat when closed?

Pictures would be great!

Re: Tailgate handle relocation

I have a blazer I'm parting right now and the tailgate is junk if you decide to do this I can cut a section out. I have had other people buy sections but never asked them how the remote handle worked for them.

Here is a couple of pic's.
The kit worked great for me.
The gate is a little hard to open compared to opening it from the outside but not bad at all.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm a few years from doing anything like this and my tailgate is in pretty rough shape. I may end up getting another tailgate and using mine for parts.
