Free NP205, 465 and 350 Turbo

I am cleaning out my garage and would like someone to come and take these items away if they have any use for them.

I WILL NOT SHIP THEM.

NP205 from an 80 3/4 ton. This transfer case has the aluminum rear output shaft case with the splined shaft.

465 4 speed transmission from the same 1980 3/4 ton truck.

350 Turbo Automatic tranny from am 81 Blazer. This originally had a NP 208 bolted to it but the 208 is gone already.

These items are "free" but as I said already I will not ship them so they will need picked up at my house.

I am located 20 miles east of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in Irwin. I'm just 6 miles west on RT 30 from Turnpike Exit 7.

Im all about helping out fellow board members, but you could have gotten a few hundred bux for that stuff on ebay, and still demanded that it all be picked up at your house... Guess you did your good deed, see you in heaven

I didn't join this list just to make a buck. If I had paid anything for the items I had, I would have tried to at least recover my investment. Most of the items I had removed from some trucks I stripped down for parts that I needed. Why just scrap something that someone else can use. 1969 GMC took the 4spd and NP205 and even took a set of red buckets and the back seat from a Blazer I had up in my storage area.

Thumbs up

George,
thanks again for the stuff...you wouldn't believe how much it has helped! when I pulled my old transfer case off, I discovered the transmission output shaft was bad...so now I have to swap the SM465 in that you gave me...I'm glad I picked em both up!

It's nice to know that there are genuinely nice people out there...you are one of them. I barely have enough cash as it is, to get thru college, let alone pay the sometimes ridiculous prices for old truck parts. Thanks again, I appreciate it!

Glad to hear you were able to make use of the tranny and transfer case. I've seen what boneyards charge for them and agree that money never seems to go very far when your replacing major parts. I was just happy to get them out of my way.
A brand new workbench with shelves now stands in the area where I had the parts stored. It's nice to be able to work on things up off the floor. My back thanks you for it.
