Fiberglass hoods??

I am looking for info on the best manufacturers that people on here have dealt with.

I am after a 2" or 3" cowl hood that is BOLT on and is sturdy, and light weight!

I have heard good things about VFN, any other recommendations?

Thank you!

I have a metal one now, that I'm taking off. I'm going back to a stock hood. Your welcome to it.

You don't care for your hood? I would be interested if the OP passes on it...

I like it, but I don't like it at the same time. I just prefer to go back to the stock hood.

Re: Fiberglass hoods??

I have a 4 inch Harwood and hate it. Looks over the top for me. Wish I'd gone 2 or nothing.

How does/did the Harwood fit though?

Re: Fiberglass hoods??

I had a harwood hood . It bolted up nice , but had to grind clearance spots for the wipers . It also started to flutter around 70 mph .
