Uneven front end.. easier to lower..

Apparently when my wheel came off a while back and I busted my brake drum I also snapped one of my front coil springs

I was wondering why the front was sitting uneven so now that I have a picture of it all I need to do is lifted up and take the broken piece off cut the equal amount on the right side to lower it

Looks like 1 ful coil but isn't too much lower cuz the broken piece is still in there

So instead of replacing a old, rusty, and broke part out your going cut into another rusty worn out part?
Budget or not your risking your ass and others by doing this.

This
Springs aren't that expensive. Is it really worth the risk?

Re: Uneven front end.. easier to lower..

Classic Industries has new lowering springs for $100. There may be places that have them cheaper.

$100 isn't worth risking your truck or someones life.
