Fuel line fittings

I got this sending unit and tank from a member here to use on my LS1 swap...the sending unit has threaded connections with o-rings......anyone know off hand what the correct adapter is for this type...?

Might measure it and see what size it is..I found two diff sizes. (14mm× 1.5 and 16mm×1.5...adapters to an -6 are...GM*Fuel*Line*Adapter, -6 AN*Hose*End*to Fem 14mm x 1.5 (Earls 9894DBH)GM Fuel Line Adapter, -6 AN*Hose End*to Fem 16mm x 1.5 (Earls 9894DBJ)

Russell part number 640830 and 640820 are the adapters you need.

I did measure and they are 14mm and 16mm......thanks for the reply...that looks like what I need....

I would cut an re-flare to JIC/AN.
I am unaware of a union to go to that type of flare. Ive always heard them called pilot flares. Should be a 16mm and 14 mm metric threads. Dorman makes some lines and fittings

Its unclear the pressure rating. 5/16 is 800-933.

I really want to make my own hard lines...I have a AN flare kit if I can find the female flare nuts....or would it be better to just use stainless braided lines and AN adapters...?

The Russel adapters are the way to go. They will eliminate at least one joint. I would run a line from the chassis to the tank, to help with flex and to be easier to hook up after install. I am going to replace the hose on my swap with some of this not as pretty as braided but the vapor aspect is interesting. https://www.holley.com/products/plum...or_guard_hose/

Here is a picture of how I did it! I had to lower the fill spout so it would clear the bed floor

I do plan on reworking the neck to lower it and make it come out in the factory location for the Blazer....

OK...now the Corvette style filter/regulator.....which one is the best....GM ?

Ac delco (gm) probably best..I used wix..had no trouble with it..

The 5/8" line goes to the filler neck and the small 5/16 barb end is just a vent. It does have a rollover valve in it so you can run it up to the filler area and put a axle vent on it. That's what I was planning on doing.
